Sorry but its typical politicians - 'long on words and short on action'

Reiterating generic information is not actually adding anything. Just cheap, worthless, political sabre rattling!

If they really want to help self-builders why haven't they brought in the national legislation on abolishing the massive fees charged by local councils for buiding new self build homes? My local council want £106K per house for CIL charges!!!

Eric Pickles Comm. Sec. last October claimed these fees would be abolished by the start of 2014.

Again 'long on words and short on action' I'm afraid.
