Branston Custom Build Project Launch

When: 31st January 2017, from 3.30pm-6.00pm
Where: Branston Golf and Country Club, Burton Road, Branston, Burton upon Trent, DE14 3DP.
Details: East Staffordshire Borough Council is launching its first custom and self build site at Lynwood Road, Branston Village, Burton upon Trent. In conjunction with Custom Build Homes from BuildStore the council is hosting an information event at Branston Golf and Country Club, 15.30-18.00, 31st January 2017, where visitors can find out more about this opportunity to build their own home in Branston Village and register an interest in one of the plots. For this scheme, the council is removing the hurdles of searching for land, gaining planning permission or getting utilities connected – as the plots on offer will be fully serviced. Plot prices will start from £85,000.
